About this workshop
Nothing beats a warm, freshly baked cinnamon or cardamom bun for breakfast, brunch, or even in the evening! Learn how to spread a delicious and smooth filling, fold the dough, and master different techniques for twisting the perfect bun. We will bake proofed buns, glaze them with sugar syrup – and, of course, taste them! Along the way, we’ll enjoy a light dinner and demonstrate how to prepare the perfect bun dough at home.
Flere Fugle’s buns are vegan.

What is included
Bun dough to take home and bake the next day, a light vegetarian dinner, and drinks. You will also receive the recipe to take home.
Practical information
Please bring your own apron.
Parking
If you arrive by car, you can park in the area. There is a parking garage nearby where you can park for a fee, and there is free parking for up to 3 hours in the surrounding area. Find more information on the Copenhagen Municipality website.
