About the course
Are you ready to experience the wonderful world of sourdough pizza with Flere Fugle? Our pizza course is a unique experience that combines Italy’s traditional pizza-making techniques with the local baking traditions of Copenhagen NV. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the unique process of making sourdough pizza under the expert guidance of our experienced bakers.
Through this interactive, educational, and fun experience, you will practice the techniques behind crafting the perfect sourdough pizza. We will show you how to prepare the dough, select the right ingredients, and achieve a crispy yet airy pizza. By the end of the course, you will have the confidence to bake your own amazing sourdough pizza at home.

What is included
Drinks will be available throughout the workshop: coffee/tea/soft drinks – and, of course, pizza!
Participants will receive a manual to take home and some sourdough starter to continue baking at home.
Practical information
Please bring your own apron and a container to take some sourdough starter home.
Parking
If you arrive by car, you can park in the area. There is a parking garage nearby where you can park for a fee, and there is free parking for up to 3 hours in the surrounding area. Find more information on the Copenhagen Municipality website.
